Trell Contractors approached us with a need for a bespoke management system that could streamline their internal operations and improve communication between office staff and field teams. We designed and developed a fully custom portal that centralises key business functions, enhances workflow efficiency, and provides staff with secure access to essential tools.
The portal was built from scratch to meet Trell’s specific requirements, and includes the following core features:
- Quote Management: Create, edit, and manage quotes with the ability to convert accepted quotes directly into jobs.
- Job Tracking: Manage and monitor job progress, assign staff, update job details, and track completion status.
- Staff Management: Add, edit, and track staff profiles, roles, and assignments across active jobs.
- Staff Portal Access: A secure web portal for staff to log in, submit timesheets, and view assigned jobs.
- Holiday Requests: Staff can submit holiday requests through the portal, with management tools for reviewing, approving, or declining requests.
- Reporting Tools: Generate detailed reports on quotes, jobs, staff activity, and timesheet data to support business analysis and decision-making.
